Where are you based? So we can find a Zoom time that suits. What are you looking to change? Tell me more about that. What have you already tried?Courses, therapy, books, meditation, anything at all. Have you experienced hypnosis before? How was it? If this changed, what would be different in your life? Is anything physical connected to this? If so, has a doctor checked it? Are you working with a doctor or mental health professional on this right now?Optional. How did you find me? Anything else you'd like me to know? I understand hypnosis is a complementary therapy, and sessions are held on Zoom.
